SchneiderCM Inc., a California Corporation and Certified Small Business,
was formed in April 2008 by Carl Schneider. Based in San Diego County,
we provide quality construction management, project management and
consulting services, by local staff for local clients.
SchneiderCM’s mission is to provide quality construction management
and consulting services through well educated and seasoned staff and
consultants who are passionate about their work, have respect for the
project team, and conduct their work with an ethic of fairness.
As a working owner in the field, I commit to providing my personal commitment to our
contract, to you as our client, and to the projects and tasks to which we
are assigned.

Working primarily as an Agency CM, we provide construction management, project management, estimating, scheduling and review services from pre-design, through contruction to closeout, acting as the client's owners representative.
